On August 12, 1877, the American astronomer Asaf Hall discovered the satellite of Mars - DEMOS

The importance of Phobos and Deimos for astrology is that astrologers have traditionally associated fears with Saturn (sometimes Neptune) and assigned this planet the role that belongs to the sons of Mars.
From a psychological point of view, Saturn represents the principle of the search for security and its polar opposite principle, expressed in the sign and the house - a danger, but not fear. Although these two emotions (danger and fear) are clearly interconnected, it is clear that they are not identical.
Given this difference, psychologically oriented astrologers (and astrologically oriented psychologists) can more accurately analyze the anxieties of their clients. The use of Martian moons - the interpretation of fears in terms of placing Mars in a sign and a house (the position of Phobos and Deimos will also be determined) - seems very simple.
However, Phobos and Deimos are in constant motion around their primer, and the continuously changing dynamics of their orbits represents variations that deserve further study. For example, taking into account our geocentric (with the Earth in the center) perspective, it seems that half of the time Phobos and Deimos and Mars move forward, and the second half - in the opposite direction (retrograde). Recently published astronomical ephemeris include information by which this rotation can be calculated. Then it should be possible to study the variants of the astrological influence of the Martian moons, which are introduced by the retrograde movement.
In addition, following the leading practitioners of heliocentric astrology (the branch of astrology that compiles charts with the Sun in the center, even for individuals born on Earth), researchers should be able to draw areocentric (with Mars in the center) charts for the positions of Phobos and Deimos, as well as have a more complex interpretation of our fears. Probably, these areocentric positions can even be included in the geocentric natal chart, as the geo-heliocentric approach with heliocentric planets does.
